Looking for Uppercase/Lowercase shortcut

Hello,
I found the SQL-Formatter.
But I miss functions like Textpad to make marked text as Upper/Lower/Mixed-Case etc..
(Shortcuts in Textpad: Strg+U, Strg+L etc.)
