looking for an Oracle APEX hosting in Europe

Hello,

I am looking for a serious Oracle APEX hosting solution with the servers based in Europe.
I've checked the Apex hosting list on Apex.oracle.com and could not find much for Europe except broken links and sites not really mentioning hosting).

Anyone could advice? Is anyone using the Apex hosting services?
