Looking for an easy way to unzip files in oracle directory, Oracle 11gR2

Dear all,
I'm looking for an easy way to unzip files.

I get every day a file and need to extract it.

I want to call the extraction by pl/sql.

I'm using Oracle 11gR2

How did you do this? How would you do this?
