Looking for a scientific Thesaurus

I am using Oracle Text to search files, URLs and regular columns.
The search has to be Google style, so I need to load a scientific thesaurus using: "ctxload -thes -name scientific -file scientific_thesaurus.txt"
Then search using: "CONTAINS(b, 'syn('||:p9_search||',scientific)', 1) > 0 "
Is there somewhere a scientific thesaurus I can download or purchase?
It would be quite difficult to invent such.
