Looking for a Native Java Compiler for Intel processor?

We are running a web application where we use a lot of java classes and WE NEED TO BOOST APPLICATION PERFORMANCE. I was, therefore, looking for a native compiler for java classes so that java code gets executed faster on web server, resulting in better response times of our application.
CAN SOMEONE SUGGEST A NATIVE COMPILER AND ALSO, IF I AM THINKING IN RIGHT DIRECTION?
