Looking fo simple step by step to modify a web service bpel to add the mapping of a new column using Jdeveloper 12c

I am new to jdeveloper, usig Build JDEVADF_12.2.1.PATCHSETS_GENERIC_170820.0914.S.
I need to map a new column in a transformation and change the input value of “Y” to output = 'P".
This sounds so simple but would like to follow a step by step tutorial.
So, I am asking for a simple step by step instruction to modify a web service bpel to add the mapping and transformation of a new column.
