Hi,
User complaint job is running longer time than usual and want us to find the cause of it. User also mentioned that job loads are delayed almost 2 hours.Usually these loads finish at around 5 AM PST.
Could you please guide me on this issue?
My findings
The job has finished running. User has provided start and end time of issue along with following information.
1. This is a daily Job which ran in its usual time except for today.
2. We get an alert email from Ess team if job long runs please refer below email from ess team.
3. Nothing has changed since last run.
4. More data is not loaded
5.How the job get triggered and as which OS user ?

Unix team have confirmed that memory usage is very high during issue time on the DB server. They didn't find any issues in the system log on the DB server.
Job runs every Wed at 4AM and normally finishes at around 7 AM PST. But yesterday, it ran till 4PM PST.
Oracle -- 10.2.0.5.0
OS -- Linux
