Lomboz configuration problem

Hello
I have a problem, when trying to configure the Lomboz.
here is what i got, when opening a Lomboz View: http://img206.imageshack.us/my.php?image=64261656fx0.jpg
i follow the example from: http://www.tusc.com.au/tutorial/html/chap1.html
but what's the problem? what should i download\unzip to be able to view the Lomboz View?
i downloaded Lomboz 3.3 from the official site.
in the error says that java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.objectlearn.jdt.j2ee.ui.J2EEView
and really, it does not exist after i unzipped the Lomboz. why?
