help me i execute this commond

SQL> execute dbms_logmnr.start_logmnr(dictfilename =>'/u02/oradata/lgmnr/TSH1dict.ora',-
starttime => to_date('2009-07-19','yyyy-mm-dd hh24:mi:ss'),endtime => to_date('2009-08-27 -
08:12:37','yyyy-mm-dd hh24:mi:ss'));

after execute above commona query get this error please solve it logminer error
