logrotate httpd

Hello,

Can anyone tell me if there is a possibliliy to rotatelogs en compress them from within the httpd.conf?

I read somewhere that oracle's apache server cannot do this but probably there is a workaround for that problem.
I know how to rotate the error_log and access_log but i want to compress them and save them for 14 days before i delete them form within the httpd.conf is that possible?
I am using oracle's application server 10.1.2.0.2 on a Suse linux system.
