Logout Problem after Upgrade to 4.2

Hello.

I've upgraded our application to 4.2 last week. We have a custom Authentication Scheme, and the Post-Logout URL picks a value from page 0:

f?p=&P0_SAC_APEX_ID.:10

It used to work on previous versions, but now it does not get the value of SAC_APEX_ID on page 0 anymore. Is there any trick I am missing? It looks like a bug, but I am not sure.
