login with IE not possible, no error message displayed

I am not able to login to the http://host:port/apex and http://host:port/apex/apex_admin when i use internet explorer. Firefox and Google Chrome is fine, I can login. But in IE not. No error message is displayed, this is strange, just the fields for workspace, username and password are emptied.
The same happens if I want to login to the application http://host:port/apex/f?p=100. No error message, no pop up, is displayed, just the username and password fields are cleared.
I think it's not depending in the browser version. I use ie8 which can emultae ie7, both doesn't work.
Any help is appreciated :)
