login to Oracle Linux 6 with no root user, return error: cannot create directory "/var/adm/hist/[use

HI,

today, when login to Oracle linux (not as root user) I receive this error :

[root@racoravm02 ~]# su - oracle

mkdir: cannot create directory `/var/adm/hist/oracle': Permission denied

chmod: cannot access `/var/adm/hist/oracle': No such file or directory

permissions:

drwxr-xr-x. 25 root root

4096 Jul 30 10:46 var

drwxr-xr-x. 3 root root 4096 Jul 30 10:46 adm

drwxr-xr-x. 3 root root 4096 Jul 30 10:46 hist

ll /var/adm/hist

drwx------. 2 root root 4096 Jul 30 13:57 root

any idea?
