login to database without password

I am in a situation where I have server x(database server) and y( SAS server) and clients are connecting from n number PC's.

now my requirement is SAS server needs to connect to databse without password.

Due to security issues, i can't set remote_os_authent to true as it will allow any OS authenticated users to connect to database without passowrd. I wanted only SAS server to have connections without passowrds. and restircting users from n number of PCs with password challenge.

Is there a way??? can you help me here???
