Login Problem for OraHoo Tool!!

Hi Guys -
There is a very good tool written by vsbabu (short name) which is called OraHoo! which can be a great help to the DBA team at any company. It can be found at http://www.vsbabu.org/webdev/phpdev/.
I have downloaded and installed it. However, I am new to PHP and am struggling troubleshotting the login problem. Did anyone had the same issue? Any help is appreciated.
