Login : nothing happens??

I installed OracleXE112_win64 and APEX4.2.6 on my local machine. Everything installed good, no problems.

Looked in the log but no errors found.

I tried to login with url : http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex .

What happened : url changed in 'http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex/f?p=4550:1:14540581338892' , name page is 'Application Express Login' and nothing happens anymore.

The page is white, no login pop-up appears.

The machine is Windows 7-64, browser chrome/firefox en explorer. I tried them all 3.

Does someone an idea what's wrong ?
