login issue on Solaris OS

Hi,

I am new to Solaris OS and when a particular user tried to login to this server running Sun Solaris they got this message:

Warning -- ttymon cannot allocate controlling tty on "/dev/console", there may be another session active on this port.

Other user login is okay.

Any indication or suggestion to help solve this problem?
