Login in Issues with Oracle 10G

Hi



I've recently installed Oracle 10 on my PC however i'm getting the following problems and need help resolving them



1) I cannot log into SQL Plus as i keep getting the following error message:

"ORA-12154:TNS: Could not resolve the connect identifier specified" what does this mean?. I was assuming that it's referring to the name of my database which was SYSDBA OR SYSOPER, I've entered my user name, password and both the sysdba and sysoper but no luck.



2) I'm having no problems logging into the "Oracle Enterprise Manager"(website) however using the same username and password i cannot log into "Database Configuration" or "isql*plus" website which i receive this error message "ERROR - <br />ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified" i've typed in sysdba as it requested however still no luck.



Please could someone provide a solution
