I was looking at the login attempts report for one of my applications (HOME -> Administration -> Monitor Activity -> Login Attempts) and I noticed that the result always says Normal, successful authentication. This is even true where I incorrectly typed in passwords or typed in users that do not exist.

Do I need to modify my authentication function somehow to have this updated?

Also, what is the custom status field for? Should I be using that instead?
