Logging off and removing remove jSession id's from response header

Logging off and Session Invalidation.

- Is portal server responsible for removing the jSession id's (JSESSIONID and WL_AUTHCOOKIE_JSESSIONID) after session invalidation? The cookies seem to be in the header all the time.
