Logging in to a Schema without knowing the password - I have DBA privileges

I am a DBA. To test an application i need to log in as a particular user say SCOTT. But i don't have the password for SCOTT and i don't want to change the password(using ALTER USER ...IDENTIFIED BY..) as this password is used by the production application. How can i log in to this user account without knowing the password?
