Logging app entries to separate files

I'm not sure if this is an ADF or a Weblogic question, but currently all of our apps are logging to the same .out and .log files. Is there a way to separate ALL log entries of a particular app in a separate file?

I've read about creating an ODL handler (as mentioned here: Rohan Walia's Tech Blog: ADF Logging in Different Applications Deployed on Managed Server ) but my question is, does this approach only route explicit logging that the app does to a separate file? Does it also route logging that the framework does, like for uncaught exceptions as well? I need ALL logging for an app to be captured in a separate log file.

I'm using JDeveloper 12.2.1.2 and WL 12.2.1.2
