log4j jar

Hello
I ant to download log4j.jar from the site :

http://logging.apache.org/site/binindex.cgi

But the links in the apache site are something like :

logging-log4j-1.2.14.tar.gz
logging-log4j-1.2.14.zip
How do i get the JAR file ?!
