I don't have an environment to do the test myself. I am wondering if I have a data guard setup, suppose now sequence#=100 in my primary and I disabled logshipping to my standby location (log_archive_dest_2) by setting log_archive_dest_state_2=defer. If I continue my primary for a day or two. Now my sequence#=500 in my primary and I enabled log shipping. Will Oracle start shipping logs to log_archive_dest_2 starting with sequence#101 or sequence#501? Assuming all archived_logs are still on Primary.
