Log and security questions

I'm answerring HFM RFP and need answers to 3 questions about system security:

1. Is there an option to log which user connected successfully / unsuccessfully to the system ?
2. Can the log indicate the IP address or the computer name that connect in EPM System and which actions were performed by this IP address / computer name?
3. Is there a log that indicate which change were done in the access rights (Foundation)?
