LockTimedOutException in weblogic 8.1 (urgent)

Hi All,
When accesing a Stateful EJB method concurrently.I'm getting LockTimedOutException.Inspite of making <allow-concurrent-access>true...in weblogic descriptor its giving the same exception.Can n e body help me in this regard.
