LOCKED(TIMED)

Hi,
As i have forgot the password for a particular user,it got locked time.

Is thr any way we can unlock it.As per the profiles ....it should get unlocked after 1 hr but it didnot even after 3 hrs of time.

Is thr any way we can unlock it

Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.8.0 - 64bit Production
PL/SQL Release 9.2.0.8.0 - Production
