Locked out of my Oracle Cloud account due to deleted Authenticator, no card info - urgent help needed

Hi everyone,

I’m in a really urgent situation and need advice. I created an Oracle Cloud account on December 19, 2023, and it hosts critical infrastructure for multiple companies - websites, services, and systems that need regular maintenance.

Recently, I accidentally deleted my Oracle Authenticator account. Now, Oracle requires MFA to log in, but the MFA app is gone, and their system is showing that the code was sent to “null.”

To reset MFA, Oracle support is asking for:

The email linked to the account

The tenancy name

The phone number linked to the account

The original credit card used at signup (last 4 digits + expiry)

I’ve dug through all my emails and bank statements - I cannot find the original card used at signup. I’ve provided all the cards I currently use, but none match. Oracle says without the original card, MFA reset cannot proceed.

I’ve told them about the situation and requested escalation, but I’m worried because my websites and services will soon go down if I can’t access the account.

I’m looking for advice on:

Anyone who has dealt with Oracle MFA reset without the original card

Ways to escalate this to senior support effectively

Alternative methods to prove ownership to Oracle

I can provide proof of account ownership in any safe way they allow and am willing to pay for verification.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Any guidance would be hugely appreciated - I’m desperate to regain access before critical services go offline.

Thank you!
