LOCKED BY LIVE?

Somehow, i got some rows in a table that are locked by the LIVE workspace. I get this error:

ORA-20034: attempt to UPDATE a row locked in workspace: 'LIVE'

However, the LIVE workspace is frozen in WM_ONLY mode and always has been as far as I know. In fact, any time I try to update a row in LIVE, I get this error:

ORA-20123: workspace 'LIVE' is currently frozen in WM_ONLY mode

So, does anyone know how I could possible have gotten updated rows in the LIVE workspace, with workspace LIVE frozen in WM_ONLY mode????
