locator on 10g express edition?

hi,
i just downloaded the free oracle 10g XE.
i'm wondering if oracle locator also is part of this version, or you need the standard edition of 10g.
(i found different answers in different documents, so i'm a bit confused now)

is it possible to store spatial data in in oracle 10g XE and if so, how do i get oracle locator?
