Where is the location of #IMAGE_PREFIX#themes/nptcbc/css/theme_4_0.css ?

as I can't seem to locate this, but when viewing the source it translates that to /i/themes/nptcbc/css/theme_4_0.css

The reason for my asking is - I have exported theme_6 from APEX which brings down a .sql file.

I have renamed the theme to nptcbc and changed all references in the .sql file from theme_6 to nptcbc, and on my local server I made a copy of the theme_6 directory and renamed this to nptcbc

I have imported this .sql file back into APEX and have switched to my new NPTCBC theme.

However when running the application no images or styles load on the page.

Any ideas, on any of the above??
