Location of Global CSS File in Apex to alter layout?

Hi

I am using APEX locally on my pc Oracle 11g express edition.

As default I am using the simplified grey theme, but I would like to locate the global stylesheet that this theme uses so I can make alterations in the actual css fie rather than pasting into the HTML header of each page within APEX
