location for online log and oracle managed file

We are using Oracle 12c and windows OS. This is a dev environment.

I see in our initialization parameter file, there are

db_create_online_log_dest_1 and

db_create_online_log_dest_2 both point to E:\oradata\fast_recovery_area\mydb\onlinelog.

what will the oracle managed file process will do?

I see there is another online redo log group is in the F drive F:\oradata\fast_recovery_area\mydb\onlinelog
