Local disk group vxvm

Hi Gurus.

I am have two node cluster SC 3.1 VXVM 4.1 with Cluster VM and we are having problems creating local disk groups.

We allocated external disks (from storage) to only one of the member of cluster and that node is only one that can see the disks, also we can create the diskgroup and volume but we can't create the file system newfs gives "No such device or address". I also notice that when I create the diskgroup in /dev/vx/rdsk/xxxdg is also created a link to global devices.

In disk group creation we are selecting cluster group.

Please help!
