Lob Segment compression

Hi Everyone,

I have a small problem which you guys might be able to help me with. I've a Lob Segment referenced to a BLOB column which is around 45 GB size and it is growing quite rapidly. My question is - is that a way which I can compress it so I can reserve more storage for subsequent data loading. Space storage is one area of concern which we currently have. We are using Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0. Any feedback and suggestion is much appreciated. Have a nice day.
