LOB Error

Helllo,

I recently ran into a new error on a new database installation: "Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.2.0 - 64bit Production". My sql statement is very basic. It performs an insert into a local table but selects data, including a CLOB from a remote table.

As I said this is a new installation but the statement ran with no problems on "Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.4.0 - Prod".

The exact error being encountered is:
"ORA-64202: remote temporary or abstract LOB locator is encountered"

Information on this error is pretty sketchy. What I have found really doesn't give me information on how to correct it, much less, exactly what the issue is.

Has anyone experienced this error before and have any information on how to correct it?
