We got a strange issue where few Active directory users are unable to login to Hyperion workspace of 11.1.2.4 version on Windows 2008 R2
Error:"Loading the module 'wksp.mode' failed"
When we validate there is no related logs in the Domains/Diagnostics,It is only for few AD users not all but when the user is trying to login I found that a ".dll" file is causing automatic restart of Foundation service and after few minutes the workspace is working fine.
