Loading smart list data as a text using FDMEE

Hello Leaders,

i am uploading financial data to my target application (EPBCS) one of my dimensions contain smart list data and i want to upload it as a text at my source file like that EX,

First Scenario :  that i will upload cities by smart list id at my application

Account                     Entity                      Project                      City (Smart list member)

100111                       E_100                   P_100                             100

Second Scenario : That i want to upload cities by smart list description  (Help me to do that )

Account                     Entity                      Project                      City (Smart list member)

100111                       E_100                   P_100                            Dubai
