Loading of *.cer file and *.prv file on smart card

I am working on sagem orga smart card chip type H31-10.
I have to implement RSA Algorithm on this card and i got the code from the "RSA implementation basics" post but i am having two files *.cer and *.prv file from verisign company. I have to load these two files on the smart card. I don't know how can i load these file on smart card.
Please suggest me steps for loading these files
