Loading multiple categories from a flat-file

I know we can load multiple periods and years from flat file in FDMEE (11.1.2.4) but how do we load multiple categories to Planning application. I have a file that has Actuals, Actualls@Budget rates, Actuals@PriorYear Rates scenarios (aka categories in FDMEE) and so on. Is it even possible. Splitting that file will add additional work to end-user.

I was thinking of creating befImport script to update the category on the fly for each record in the file, but not sure how we do that or if that solves our problem.
