Loading Java Applet Failed

We are experiencing a lot of users that are now getting the Loading Java Applet Failed error message with accessing Discoverer Plus (10.1.2.45.46c). These users have been working fine for months/years. We are using Java 1.4.2_04. Some users are using Java 1.5 or 1.6 but they seem fine.

This just started happening on Tuesday of this week out of the blue. For one user, our service desk had to completely remove Java and installed 1.4.2_04 back on.. didn't work.. removed 1.4 and added 1.5.. That worked.. 2 days later same problem .

Any help would be greatly appreciated as we probably have 20 users that this is now affecting.
