Loading flat file with embedded line feeds

I have a comma delimited, optionally enclosed by ' " ' data file that contains a field that can contain an embedded line feed.

I am trying to load from the flat file to a table, and am getting the error:

Record 1: Rejected - Error on table "SCHEMA_NAME"."TABLE_NAME", column FILLER_SMDESCRIPTION.
second enclosure string not present

Can OWB handle this type of file, or will the file need to be changed to remove embedded line feeds before passing to OWB map?

Version of OWB is 10.1.0.4.0.
