Loading excel sheet using sql loader

hello all,

I need to load an Excel sheet into our oracle database..and i hav converted tht sheet into CSV format...so can anyone tel me the whole procedure wat can i do now to load data along with whole description like wat does control file,inline file means.....or if u can send me a link tht provides whole knowledge....
