Loading elivation data(DTED) data into oracle.

Hi friends.

i have a requirement to load the DTED (dt1,dt2) into oracle **with out using any third party too*l.* is there any procedure or any way
to load the dted data into oracle. i have one doubt that is sdo_georaster supports DTED data.

pls help me..
