Loading CAD drawing with annotation in Oracle Spatial

Dear Friends

I would like to store CAD drawing (AutoCAD and MicroStation) with annotation in Oracle Spatial. In addition to that, i need to build relationship between this drawing and other attribute table with common field. There are different levels in that drawing.

The drawing could be either buildig drawing with coordinates or mechanical drawing.

Is there any method to store 2D and 3D drawings? Is it possible?
