load MessageResources in struts

Hello,

in login Form of struts applikation the user select the language of the application

wenn user select english I becom the string "en"

but after the language selection who can one load the selected MessageResources
in struts but not the MessageResources fo the default Local of machine

I have tow MessagesResources
AppResources_en // English
AppResources_fr // france
