Load errors despite successful validation

I'm unable to load any data to HFM from FDM because I keep getting the following load error:

Warning: Cannot perform Replace mode without full access to all accounts in the subcube. Records have been omitted.

Strange thing is it passess the validation stage with no errors at all and there is no additional security declared on the accounts dimension in the HFM application.

Has anyone seen this before?
