Load data faster from flat file to oracle table

Hi Experts,

Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition 11.2.0.4.0

I need to load data faster from flat file to my oracle datatase table.

how much time it takes to load 100 million records in sqlloader?

how to handle sequences and indexes and constraints which is already exists in that table?

Kindly,suggest any other tools where we can load data faster from flat file?
