Load Balancer Health Checks - certbot Critical

I guess I have 2 problems

Q1 :How to configure Health Check for certbot - I use TCP port 22 and all was fine

But LB complained so I tried TCP port 80 and then got Critical errors - but inconsistently

reverted to TCP port 22 and now see

Overall Health = Critical

but summary of backend sets here OK

but individual backend sets here disagree

Apart not listening to ChatGPT, what should me next move be ?
