Load assigned payroll via HDL using surrogate ID for Assignment Number

We have a requirement to load assigned payroll from an external system. The external system does not have the assignment number. When we look at the template for assignedpayroll.dat it has only AssignmentNumber and does not have a provision to pass Assignment ID or Source System ID as surrogate IDs.

 

Can you let me know if this is possible to load assigned payroll without assignment number?
